We send your confirmed date and time. Arrive a few minutes early with your ID.

Before you come in

Bring your ID and, if you use medical aid, your medical aid card. Arrive a few minutes early so reception can check you in.

Can I walk in, or do I need an appointment?

Both are welcome. You can walk in during opening hours, or request an appointment online, by phone or on WhatsApp. Appointment requests are subject to approval by reception, and waiting times for walk-ins can vary on busy days.

Is my appointment confirmed as soon as I submit the form?

No. Submitting the form sends a request. Reception checks availability and approves it, then contacts you. Your appointment is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from us. You are still welcome to walk in.

Do I have to pay before my appointment?

Private patients who book an appointment pay to secure their booking: after reception approves your request, we send payment instructions using your booking reference. Walk-in patients pay at the clinic.

Do you accept medical aid?

Yes, we see both private and medical aid patients. If you choose medical aid, reception will check your details before confirming your appointment (To confirm which schemes, and whether co-payments may apply.)

What should I bring?

Bring your ID or passport and, if you use medical aid, your medical aid card. Bring any medication you are currently taking, or a list of it.
